Winemaker’s Notes

The grapes sourced from the Maipo Alto area are 100% handpicked and harvested separately depending on the level of ripeness of each variety and lot.

Grapes are de-stemmed and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with select yeasts for 10 to 12 days at a temperature between 26 and 28°C. The wine is then aged in French and American oak barrels for 10 to 12 months. Each variety is aged separately until the time comes to prepare the final blend for Anke.

Tasting notes

Lively and intense ruby red color.

An elegant and aromatic wine with notes of red fruit, raspberry, fig and flowers like violets. Excellent intensity and complexity of aromas, combined with touches of French and American oak that deliver spices, toasted almonds, vanilla and structure in the mouth.
